• Delivery across Pakistan typically takes 4-7 working days.
• We currently deliver only within Pakistan.
• Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances or courier issues.

• Payment details are shared securely after order confirmation.

6. Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of skincare products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product received is damaged or incorrect. Any complaint must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the parcel, with an unboxing video as proof. Without proof (video), no return/exchange/refund will be entertained.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, expired, or wrong product, please contact us immediately via WhatsApp with your order number and video proof.

We will review the case and process replacement or refund accordingly.
