Shipping Policy

At Organic Care Hub, we aim to deliver your orders quickly and safely across Pakistan.

Order Processing:

Orders are processed within 1–2 working days after confirmation. Orders placed after 12:00 PM or on Sundays/national holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Delivery Time:

We typically deliver within 2 to 5 working days. However, during peak seasons or sale events, delivery may take up to 7 working days.

Shipping Charges:

Flat Rate: Rs. 200 on all orders

FREE Shipping: On orders above Rs. 2,000

Advance Payment:

For orders of Rs. 10,000 or more, an advance payment of Rs. 1,000 is required. For orders exceeding Rs. 50,000, full or partial advance may be requested.

Order Tracking:

Once dispatched, tracking details will be shared via SMS or WhatsApp.

We work with reliable courier services to ensure timely and safe delivery.
