At Organic Care Hub, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not fully happy with your purchase, we offer a simple and transparent return process to make things right.
Return Eligibility
- You may request a return within 15 days of receiving your order.
- Only unused originally packed items are eligible.
- Items on sale, marked as final sale, or opened personal care products are not eligible for return due to hygiene concerns.
How to Initiate a Return
- Email us at organicch952@gmail.com with your Order ID and reason for return.
- Once approved, we’ll send return instructions and the return address.
- Send the item using any trackable courier service at your own expense.
Note: Items sent without approval will not be accepted.
Refund Processing
- Refunds are processed within 7 business days after receiving and inspecting the item.
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours. We will handle the issue and cover the return cost.
Additional Notes
No returns on used/opened items, customized orders, or gift cards.
All returns must include the original receipt or proof of purchase.
